Known of jegs for many years. Placed my 1st order on Monday. Full exhaust and new carb. After ordering peeked at some reviews and got nervous after seeing a pile of negative stuff. Almost backed out but thought heck with it. Wednesday received partial of parts. Today Thurs recieved the rest. Some of the packaging was in rough shape but parts are fine. Quick and easy thanks jegs...
Spent $300 on a jack which was to be used to remove my transmission. 4 day shipping was indicated. 10 days have passed, and no item. Tried calling company from three states, Indiana, Florida, and New Jersey.
Their phone system is shut off.
Maybe they are filing for bankruptcy.
I'm 61 years old and this is the worst company I ever used in my life.
Don't buy anything from Jegs.

I ordered a hard to find part for my truck that my local Napa store told me was 3 weeks out unless I wanted to pay $82 in shipping. I was pleasantly surprised to find Jegs beat the Napa price and offered free shipping on orders over $199. At checkout they added a $62 shipping fee which caught me off guard but I still decided to order because it was still cheaper and I assumed it would be in sooner. I immediately got a notification (after my card was charged) saying I would get my shipping confirmation within 24 hours. 2 weeks later my part hadn’t even been shipped yet and I started trying to call, email and even fax them with no response at all. I filed a claim with my bank to get the money back on my card. I wish I would have read the reviews. I would recommend that nobody ever order anything from Jegs. I have no idea how these crooks are still in business.
Ordered my part almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. Cant get anyone to email me or answer my call. I've called the customer service line MULTIPLE times and have had to sit on the phone for hours just listening to their music. I just want someone to answer me back but apparently they can't handle that.
Tried reaching Jegs by phone for several days now for my order which keeps getting delivery date pushed back. "Please hold and somebody will be with you shortly" I waited almost an hour each time, no luck. This is horrible service and I will never reorder from Jegs again!
I ordered a trailer hitch and it was shipped via Fed Ex. According to Fed Ex it was on the truck and going to be delivered every day for a week. Can't get any help from anyone. If Jegs uses Fed Ex and they suck this bad, then apparently Jegs isn't concerned about customer satisfaction. I won't buy from them again.
I use to like Jeg’s but I’m learning you have to deal with people that want your business and I just spent over $500.00 with them and just because I printed a return label to late they ask me to pay for my own return I don’t like where people don’t appreciate my business so all who doing business with them be careful if you have a return do it the same day and print it out I’m so disappointed with this business yes my name is Joe Richmond I live in Jackson Mississippi my partner and friends will soon stop dealing with them to so wish everyone better luck than me
Jegs has the worst customer service on the planet. They don't answer there phones or emails. I made a mistake ordering from them and had canceled my order. A month and a half later and I still have not received my refund of $563.78. Stay away from this company. I recommend Speedway motors or Summit Racing
I cannot stress this enough about how horrible this company has done business. I live in Uvalde Texas and I ordered a rear differential for my Ram pickup truck. I paid roughly $1,800, a week later still no differential or refund. Tracking my package has been the most difficult obstacle in this process. Mind you, I'm a Transmission Powerline Lineman and I've done and been through a lot. With that being said, I've been on the phone with them multiple times in the past 4 days. My order was scheduled to be delivered yesterday Friday May 28 and it's already Saturday and still nothing. I've contacted them again after not being able to track anything with the faulty tracking number and they said my package was in San Antonio Texas, About 86 miles from me and that it's been out for delivery twice in 24 hours. That's all I've gotten since. No package and a dumbfound explanation about my package. I don't like how they are coming at me with a (it's more of your problem not ours) attitude. As a future potentially big customer I refuse to ever shop or recommend Jegs again. DO NOT BUY FROM JEGS. You will be very disappointed and may lose your investments.
I ordered a right finger for my car they sent me the left finger I'd paid shipping $130 extra then an extra $70 to get it sent to my daughter's house because I wasn't gonna be home they still sit in to my house and I've got no refund yet on the other finger and I still won't have my right finger did I order it on the 18th this is the 27th I will never buy anything ever again from them they're terrible!
Ordered headlights in March and didn't get them until 2 months later and customer support didn't help and barely answered. I've worked on my cars for awhile and they had what I needed but looks like I'm gonna look harder to avoid them. Just a heads up
Website says available when I orders jack stands in early March. Waiting weeks for shipment or an order update. Then it updates eventually and says they will ship April 15th. Then they never ship, I get no update, check order status and nothing. Now May 17th I can email that says they will ship October 7th. I look on their website and it says "more than 10 available" also, on their amazon page is says "available". These people have a horrible business ethic. I'm waiting to have this order cancelled if they will ever get back to me.
I wish I had checked the reviews before using these people! I get it why they get the rating they do. Their people sell you the wrong parts and / or don't know what they are doing and as a company they do not stand behind their mistakes! It will be Summit for me from now on!!!!
Horrible company. i wish I would have read all the bad reviews before I ordered.. no customer service at all no one answers the phone no one returns a message.

They don't understand the products they sell. Parts they recommended with won't work at all, could possibly work, or might destroy your engine. They won't take responsibility if something goes wrong.

People need to check that parts are correct as to the proper fitting they have a full refund policy and their parts are made well I would recommend jegs to everyone

It's as easy as calling 18003454545 give them your reference number and they are right on top of it, not to mention polite

Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
